These include cumin, peppermint and cinnamon. You can make tea with cinnamon or peppermint and drink it after every meal. These brews are best consumed when an individual is mobile or moving around. The walking helps a lot in pushing gases out of the stomach and therefore avoiding the burning sensation, pain, and bloating.

You have to keep in mind that the symptoms will not affect your baby but the treatment can. You should be careful when choosing medicine. The best thing to do is to use natural herbal remedy because this will not have any side effects on you or your baby. Since herbs are natural you can trust them to help prevent the heartburn during pregnancy and still keep your unborn baby safe.
